Parent Athlete Registration

Registering your athlete on our site is the best way to let us know that you are interested in our work and would like to see more images of your son or daughter photographed in the sports they participate in.  Although we can't guarantee the quantity of images taken during an event registering will increase the probability that shots of your son or daughter will be taken.

How We Use The Information You Provide

First, we respect your privacy and will only use the information you provide to assist us with scheduling, creating assignment lists for the events we cover, and communicating important information to you regarding our galleries.  Bottom line ... no junk mail from us and we don't share or sell our information to other parties.

Benefits of Registering

• Increases the probability that more photographs will be taken of your son or daughter during the events we cover.  This will give you more images to select from when placing and order.
• The more parents that register their athlete from your team will increase the odds that we will cover more games.  For example, if we have a choice to cover a game with 5 athletes registered or a game that only has 2 athletes registered we will more than likely cover the game with the high number of registered athletes.

Registering is Easy, Painless,  and Only Takes a Few Minutes

We only collect information that is necessary for us to do our job of helping you get the images you want.  When registering you will need to keep a couple of things in mind:

• If your son or daughter participates in multiple sports you will need to register them separately for each sport.
• Note that Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity sports are treated as separate sports.  If your son or daughter plays JV and Varsity, you'll need to register them for both sports.
• If you know your son or daughter will be playing varsity over multiple school years you can check off the years they will be participating and avoid having to register them again.
• Finally, you can always update a registration.  Complete the form entirely, and then check the box indicating that you want your information updated.  We'll remove your old registration and use your new one.

Please accept our apologies if we don't get the shots you want.

There are several situations that may prevent us from getting the shots you want particularly if your son or daughter is on a JV or Freshman squad or doesn't get in the game very often.  Our schedule doesn't allow us to cover as many JV and Freshman games as we would like and we try to stay focused on the action on the field during the events we do cover.  Again, we'll do our best to get the shots for you but appreciate your understanding if we don't.
